About the Event
While everyone else is drinking Chardonnay, I’m drinking Sauvignon Blanc! That combination of grapefruit, white peach, passionfruit, and honeydew flavors just makes my mouth water. It’s dry, high acid, and pairs with a huge variety of foods: herb driven poultry, crab legs, fresh oysters (with a Sauvignon Blanc based mignonette), spicy Thai food, burrata, goat cheese…wow now I’m thirsty and hungry!
