Like a phoenix from the ashes, the Penley Estate rises from the glass with a complex bouquet of plum, blackberry and anise with a dusting of dark chocolate. Intense and long on the palate with savory tannins coating the mouth. This week glass pours are $12 and bottles $29 at the bar.
