Bodegas Borsao is internationally recognized and one of the world´s leading Garnacha producers. José will tell us about the wine making traditions of his region, which date back to 1203. We’ll also learn more about Garnacha, which is living a huge revival world-wide thanks to its fruit-driven character, soft tannins and pleasant mouthfeel, that make it a perfect match to a great variety of meals.
