···· 1 BOTTLE REMAINING ···· The 1999 has a beautiful, deep red, to red-purple color. The intensity of color is striking, and this dark element stayed through the aging process. The aroma and bouquet both show good complexity. You immediately recognize black cherry, cassis, tar, chocolate, some tobacco, and green olive. The flavors are round and structured, showing the same cassis and black cherry, but also a hint of Bing cherry.
