Named after acelebrated breed of Spanish fighting bull, Miura is the brainchild of master sommelier Emmanuel Kemiji and partner Byron Kosuge, winemaker at Saintsbury. These limited-production wines are typically reserved for fine restaurants and are produced on the makers whim. This 2004 Chardonnay is sourced from the famous Talley Vineyard in the Arroyo Grand Valley. It exhibits super-ripe fruit, crisp acidity and is just begging to be served at the dinner table.
