208 cases were produced from Gary’s Vineyard that lies in the Santa Lucia Highlands in Monterey County. The grapes were hand harvested and sent to the winery in a refrigerated truck where after passing through a sorting table they underwent fermentation in a stainless steel tank using native yeasts. Once fermentation was complete the wine was transferred into François Frères Allier barrels, (50% of which were new, 50% 1 year old) for 1 year. It was then bottled unfiltered.
