Winemaker Francois Cordesse describes the color of this wine to be a ’brilliant, pale straw’. The initial nose features a bright citrus bouquet of Meyer lemon and pink grapefruit. Following a swirl of the wine glass the nose includes not only citrus, but also a hint of melon. Emulating the nose, the palate is a harmony of crisp citrus and melon flavors, complemented by a soft, round mouthfeel.
