***4 Bottles Remaining***The “Cote Est” cuvee fruit comes from the cooler and more fertile east side of the vineyard. In 2004, a portion of the fruit was harvested very early, (September 17th), while the remaining 75% was left on the vines until October 1st. Cote Est is a beautifully aromatic wine with flavors reminiscent of chocolate covered strawberries – bright red fruit flavors from the “first pick”, and rich blue-fruit (black cherry and plum) from the very ripe later-harvest.
