Addition of Carignane has added to a plusher mid palate and a more structured finish and also has added to the ageability of the wine.Nice acidity on the finish refreshes the palate and flows into silky, ripe tannins that predict good ageability for the wine.Aged in 20% new oak, the wine walks the fine line of just enough oak to assert itself while letting the fruit take center stage.Unfined and unfiltered. 239 cases produced.
