product. Cuvée Cellars, Ltd. understands that despite proper cellaring,
wines occasionally oxidize and cork faster than anticipated and without proper
cellaring, wines do go bad. Cuvée Cellars, Ltd. will authorize the return
of corked wines in only limited cases involving recent purchases.

Cuvée Cellars may need to adjust the actual cost of shipping on a customer's
order due to a significant discrepency between the amount quoted on the website
and the actual cost of shipping. The customer will be notified of the adjustment
prior to processing the order. This is most likely to occur when shipping to
rural areas, when shipping over-sized bottles, or when shipping odd shaped bottles.
Shipping rates are adjusted frequently to accomodate UPS fuel surcharges and
other fees and can change at any time.
UPS requirments for alcohol shipments require an over 21
