Cuvée Cellars, Ltd. is able to maintain its low prices and compete with many larger retailers by using a "just in time" inventory system. Cuvée Cellars, Ltd. tries to maintain just enough inventory to meet demand and we are constantly receiving wine shipments from local distributors to meet our order needs. The result is huge savings that we can pass on to our customers. When vintages change however, Cuvée Cellars, Ltd. is usually not aware of this change until after you place your order. You have the option during checkout to select "Do Not Substitute Vintages" and provide any special instructions if necessary.
Every effort will be made to ensure that our customers remain 100% satisfied. We want to hear about your shopping experience and any problems or difficulties that you may have experienced. If you have experience a problem, please contact Customer Service immediately.

Wine is a perishable product. Cuvée Cellars, Ltd. understands that despite proper cellaring, wines occasionally oxidize and cork faster than anticipated and without proper cellaring, wines do go bad. Cuvée Cellars, Ltd. will authorize the return of corked wines in only limited cases involving very recent purchases.
Every effort will be made to fulfill and ship orders within 2-3 business days of receipt. In some instances, wines available on the Cuvée Cellars web site may be currently out-of-stock. In such instances, Cuvée Cellars may hold the entire order until the order can be fulfilled, or if fulfillment not possible, the customer contacted and alternatives will be suggested.
All wines purchases at the Cuvée Cellars Web site require the signature of a person over the age of 21. Cuvée Cellars reserves the right to refuse sale or shimpment for any reason without explanation.
Cuvée Cellars uses a program provided by UPS to automatically calculate shipping charges based on weight and zip code. In some circumstances, Cuvée Cellars may need to adjust the actual cost of shipping on a customer's order due to a significant discrepency between the amount quoted on the website and the actual cost of shipping. The customer will be notified of the adjustment prior to processing the order. This is most likely to occur when shipping to rural areas, when shipping over-sized bottles, or when shipping odd shaped bottles. Shipping rates are adjusted frequently to accomodate UPS fuel surcharges and other fees and can change at any time.
UPS requirments for alcohol shipments require an over 21 signature upon delivery.
Due to the large variance in state laws regarding alcohol shipments, Cuvée Cellars ships to Illinois and the following states: Alaska*, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana*, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas*, Virginia, Washington, West Virigina, Wyoming, Wisconsin, and Washington, D.C.
